Evaluation Levels one and two are conducted immediately after the instruction is over.  Levels three and four (at the clients request) are conducted after the training has been implemented.<br><br> <ul type="disc" style="font-size: xx-small; text-decoration: none; color: Navy;"> <li><strong>Level 1:</strong>  Reactions - Participants are evaluated during and at the end of the class to measure their reaction to the training.</li> <li><strong>Level 2:</strong>  Objective-Based - Participants are evaluated at the end of the class to measure how well they achieved the learning objectives of the training program.</li> <li><strong>Level 3:</strong>  Transfer - Participants are evaluated once they are working on job and applying the training. Transfer evaluation measures whether the participants are using the training back on the job as it was intended or prescribed.</li> <li><strong>Level 4:</strong>  Payoff - Payoff evaluates the organization, not the people trained.
