Derrick and Yolanda Copeland are the founders of Success By Design, LLC, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. With more than 60 years of combined experience in private industry, the Copelands have comprehensive knowledge in these and other areas:​

By experiencing the many successes - and occasional pitfalls - within organizations, Derrick and Yolanda have learned the value of working efficiently and effectively. They believe that success begins from the inside out, stemming from visionary leadership, an effective plan, and engaged employees. Having specific goals and an outlined roadmap to achieve them leads to success - and better bottom-line results - for any type of organization, large or small.

 

The Copelands have earned the following credentials:  Certified Focus Group Moderator, Advanced Toastmaster (Toastmasters International), Professional of Human Resources (PHR) Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and FLMI Certification from the Fellow of Life Management Institute, as well as membership in the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
